Returns and Exchanges
Purhcases made from our store location are not eligable for return. We offer instore exchange for another jewelry piece of equal value or higher within 7 days of purchase.
Please note: Engraved or personalized jewelry CANNOT be returned and are not covered by the above money back policy BUT if an item is incorrectly engraved or if the item is structurally damaged, we will replace it immediately at no extra cost to you.
